I agree with people wanting the RS links. Most of the other services are unstable or blocked from where I live . . .
I’m not an expert on the whole uploader wars thing, but Rapidshare specifically has a 15-minute minimum cool-off time between downloading one file and downloading a second file for certain users. This isn’t a flame towards Chaos, what he and the others bring here is obviously enjoyed. Just an explanation that hopefully ends some, but sadly not all, of the naivete people have.
maybe they have different rules for different regions depending on their bandwitdth usage…?
In any case, you could also try Mediafire, I haven’t bumpend into any countdown/cool-off between files. Of course, I also have never downloaded more than 200mb in less than 24 hrs from them, but the service seems reliable enough and with enough bandwith [downloading at 100KBps here]
