Microsoft AppLocale Utility
Supported Operating Systems: Windows Server 2003; Windows XP
AppLocale is based on the new application compatibility technology introduced in Windows XP and can only be installed on these two operating systems.

why i can`t still play the game, it says that the program cannot be accessed, please tell me
May 24th, 2008 at 7:43 pm
Its easy to run, well sort of (This is how I got it to work step by step. It looks longer than it realy is because i included really basic stuff like click next)
1) install appolocate
In the drop down menu select the last thing on the list thats Japanese (looks like a window, a cross with a triangle and a third symbol I can’t even begin to describe.
2) extract the game from the rar
3) open applocal (In the start menu under programs/Microsoft AppLocale)
4) click next (lol)
5) select the Launch Application bubble if it is not allready selected
6) click browse and find a4.exe that you just extracted
7) click next
9) click next
10) Check the checkbox that says create a shortcut (that will appear in the start menu with applocale
11) click Finish and you’re done
If you want to play the game again after you exit, don’t click on A4.exe in the folder, open it in the startmenu under Microsoft Applocale, (if you rembered to select create a shortcut).
If the program still does not work try doing the same procedure as above to the other program in the A4 folder. After you click finish, the config program will popup. Ignore what all it says just click ok. Finally go back to the startmenu and click on the A4 shortcut in startmenu you made earler. Remember do not run the program from the folder because it won’t run it in applocal)
Hope that helps. I tryed to cover any problems that might popup along the way. If there is anything specal about the program I was talking about earlyer (The Japanese titled program in the a4 folder) please tell me as I can’t read Japanese. Or if running that program is even required.

it is worked until step 9
then it said:
your system does not have the language support for the selected language installed!
May 27th, 2008 at 4:15 am
Yah to fix that goto your control panel, then goto the language section. Click on regional language options. When that loads up, goto the languages tab, You’ll see 2 little unchecked boxes. Check em both, install those files, and the game will work fine. Continue the steps from where u left off on kap’s list.
Hope that helps.

I’d like to know if the language files can be found online anywhere as well, since I wouldn’t even know where to begin looking for my XP CD.
