You need the Windows Applocale, you can download it through one of the links there. You have to START Applocale and from there browse for the game.exe.

Well, with Applocale i cant play this game, but without it i can. And if i play this game without applocale, i get same error as others did.

i get an error code saying “cannot read file from source” and i redownloaded the rar file 3 times already, can anybody send me a link to there copy that can be extracted?

I was lucky since my computer has a chinese xp and a english xp. I was able to run the game on my chinese xp cause I could change the regional language to japanese. Oh the apple thing sucks. It does not make it work for me no matter what i do.

had the same problem but if you use applocale make sure you use the bottom option not the english option worked for me
