The tentacle scene depicted in the images can be obtained by waiting at the opening screen where one picks characters.
Eventually, a UFO will come shooting across the top of the screen (very fast). Clicking it will yield this scene.

This damned adequate game is bugged as all hell. you will have to right click and press forward or back constantly to get some of the more harder to reach scenes easily! -_-
